I've managed to remoce the 4 tork screws , 2 behind the wheels & the 2 in the body.
I need to replace the power cord.
I've taken off the bumber & the assembly inside this. it jsut clips out. how do it take the rest apart so I can replace the power cord. obviously there's a knack in doing this.

I Mike there are 5 screws on a DC05 2 behind each wheel and 1 in the middle of the body. remove these screws and then the body lifts of and you will see the cable and will be able to access all internal parts for detailed information go to www.sparesaver.com.
