Fuse (1A) blows on the PCB in the Potterton Netaheat 10-16?

The 1 amp fuse located on the PCB of the Potterton Netaheat 10-16 MKIIF blows at start up. Pressure switch seems OK adn stats are all working. Anyone know what the fuse protects?
