Hi Andy, we had a similar problem from new with our heatslave which was fitted in an outhouse. The installer said that the inhibitor additive in the heating system was altering the pressure in the system so he fitted a top up valve to the boiler so the pressure never went below 1 bar. After 4 years, and the guarantee had expired, May 09, several radiators were leaking in the house because of all the clean fresh water being added to the system, so we had to have them replaced. We then found a leak from an indent in the right hand side of the boiler behind the silver insulation, take the side panel off for access, so drained down the system yet again and had the leak welded.Today 18/11/09 we found water leaking from another indent, this time on the front of the boiler body behind the silver insulation. It looks like Worcester buy these boiler boxes that perhaps are generic and fit their pipework and accesories to them and then just plug all the other ports/openings/indents.Ive found 3 so far, maybe there are some on the left side up against the heat store. I hope not because these would be impossible to get at without some major dismantling. Very poor design.
