connect sky box up to tv switch tv on remove power lead from sky box or switch off at mains.press back up button in and keep pressed in reconnect power lead or switch on at mains keeping back up button pressed in wait untill you get message on tv stating updatting this will take approx 10 minuteS. PLEASE REMEMBER ONCE YOU PRESS BACK UP BUTTON IN YOU MUST NEVER LET GO UNTILL MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED ON TV SCREEN.
