My dual flush toilet cistern is filling up but only at a spray?
My dual flush toilet cistern is filling up but only at a spray, that is instead of a steady flow of water coming in through the inflow pipe and "shut-off" valve, its like a hose pipe with someones finger over the end and is filling in a very high pressure but fine spray.
