I cannot format my mp3 player or add anything to it, do you have any answers to these problems?

this will only work on a windows computer but go to and click on start then on run (you must be loged in as admin to do this) and type " diskmgmt.msc " then try reformated it from that and that should do the trick. if that dose't work then go and find the firmware and install it on it.
