*HELLPPP* my Goodmans GNAV10 is charging, but it won't switch on!!?

I have a GNAV10 that when plugged in to charge the light is a solid red, but the system will not turn on...I have tried to reset and nothing!! Its been on charge now for 3 hours and still hasn't turned green!!! The Sat Nav is a couple of years old....

Dear Lynda

Make sure that the switch at the bottom (power) is switched n the on position.

If it is already then your unit might be broken
