Where is the drive unit for S80 MK1 Sat Nav?

I have been told the reciever is under a front seat. Appears to be nothing under passenger seat & can only see amplifier under drivers seat

I doubt the satnav would have an "amplifier".

One assumes you are talking about a Volvo S80

Your best bet would probably be to ask in a dedicated Volvo S80- forum.
