if the cassette toilet has not been used for a while the pump might seize up..like the one on my 91 swift challenger i recently purchased. Try this....access the pump by removing the tiolet roll holder casing, remove the pump tube, turn it upside down with your thumb on the outlet and pour washing up liguid into the pump whilst turning with a screwdriver....hey presto

PUMP MAY NEED REPAIRING, OR FUSE (CHECK FUSE FIRST IT'S CHEAPER) YOU don't say what model so I'll assume it's a C200 type if you take out the toilet roll holder which is a recess in the top of the toilet you will see the pump down inside the tank. Hope that helps
