the volume level works on the woofer and the center but I cannot get the front to raise the volume back up to 6+ as the others and the rear speakers have no sound at all not even with the test tone. please help

ok its simple. There is a reset button at the back. push that for a few second. it not, then press Tv followed by 1. hold italong with the on/off button. utill you get the msg please wait. now everything is in factory settings. go to settings and change the DBs. hope that helps.
