Cant remember the exact layout for a WM65
This is usually the drain pump failed either through a fault or the more usual is the pump impeller jammed.
If you have a filter/coin trap fitted you can open it and usually see the impeller and any obstructions. if not its a bit more complicated (switch off and unplug machine then tip it back and look underneath for the pump and remove the motor 'usually screwed to the pump housing' then clear the obstruction)
