handbreak adjustment on 311 cdi 055 reg?

can anybody tell me how to adjust the handbreak on my 055 reg sprinter van l.w.b 311 cdi

there is a mecinism under the van where the cable splits to either wheel, you can ajust it there but if your handbrake is not working hardly you may find that the mecinism is cised so unbolt it and wd40 it and tap it with a hammer until it relises. its a common fault with the lwb & xlwb sprinters
