To empty I have to switch off then select fast spin. In doing so machine starts to spin before all the water has drained resulting in water being ejected through the door seal and dispenser drawer.
your outlet filter is blocked,unplug the appliance from the wall and then remove the cover at the back of the machine you will see a pipe from the pump to the tank the filter isin there
