According to my list , error code E11 is "SP1 Bus Failure" and the so called faulting procedure says "Check+repair the wiring harness. If OK then install a new audio unit"...Not very helpful really... I would suggest first that if you have the radio security code, then "reboot" the system by disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes, reconnect , enter the code and fingers crossed it might now work. If not , try checking the wiring (as suggested) otherwise it will have to be taken in for specialist attention ( or replaced with another player)
