How can I my 2003 Ford Eacape standerd 6 CD player?

When atemting to play a CD, the radio indicates "NO CD". The CDs will not eject or play.

It looks as though the CD player is not powered up. Check to make sure everything is plugged in and connected. What sometimes works with these odd faults is a "reboot". If you have the code, then remove the battery (or fuse) for 5 minutes, replace , then enter code. Post back here whether successful or not.
