Hi sounds like the clutch.
Does it crunch going into reverse?
does it crunch going into 1st and 2nd?
if it crunch,s in reverse and is just stiff going into 1st and 2nd its your clutch.
Replace the whole clutch,the centre plate the pressure plate and the release bearing get a good make,LUK is a good make to use.
