dishwasher will not drain Indesit D1 62?

Dishwasher will not drain . If manually drained it will complete cycle. If left to dry the dishwasher will be OK for a few weeks.

Any ideas ?

drain machine tip up and remove pump check for any obstuctions [ highly probable], just done mine!
