As with the person above my machine just shows SAFE even after switching it off at the mains overnight. If you press any button on the machine or on the remote it just flashes up SAFE. No where in the instruction book does it mention this and i cant even find a telephone number for Digilogic.
Can anyone help please.

Press red power button on remote control, and hold down for five seconds. This should release safe mode.
