press menu, on your eurovox remote, that takes you into main menu, go across to installation" press ok" go to "user installation" press ok , it will ask you for pin number " type in 0000, and ok that",press yellow button on your remote for power scann" let it do it thing , it might take 15 mins to finish, and you should have your channels back.. good luck
