how do I fit a new lock cylinder?

my upvc door lock will take the key but will not let me turn the key in it,thus I cannot lock or unlock the door.How do I remove the cylinder and fit a new one.

you have to look at the side were the lock is take out the 2 screws then the handles it should push out with a gentle tap
