how can i re-pressure my Ideal HE24 boiler?

The pressure on my Ideal HE24 boiler has dropped to nil after a loss of water. Can you tell me how i use the loop and what i have to do step by step
ie what i turn off and on etc
thanks in advance

turn the small handle on the filling loop, while watching your system pressure gauge, raise the pressure to 1 -1.5bar and close the filling loop.

if when you turn on the boiler you hear some slohing type sounds, turn it on and off a good few times before it lights to clear any air from the heatexchanger (the sloshing noise should go quiet) you will also have to bleed all rads in your system of any air and top up again as required

if you whole heating system is empty due to the leak, you will need to add some corrosion inhibitor to the system water before filling or will cause damage to your system in the future with rust/sludge/scale
