My boiler is displaying a fault code - F32?

My boiler is displaying the fault code F32 - there is no hot water. How can I fix this? My boiler is a Vaillant ecoTEC plus.

I have no answer, but have experience of F32. Mine showed the same but on investigation the fault was with the rubber seal on the 'drum' (I'm no heating engineer). Air got in and 'upset the mix' so resulting in a fire that buckled the metal retaining plate and melted all of the surrounding plastic. Luckily the gas flow stopped, for gas and fire don't go well together I'm told. The little bit of the seal still remaining looks in good order - ie not perished, so does anyone have any idea what might have happened?
The fan wasn't working because it had melted!

Hi Claire - My boiler is displaying the same fault - have you got yours fixed and if so what was the cost?
Thanks
Simon

F32 is a fault with the fan....but does tell exactly what's wrong....

you really need a gas man to be safe but you could try turnin it all off at fused spur and then back on again...f32 fault code can be found in back off manual and will tell you exactly whats wrong with boiler...i havent got that book but you should have it..
