My Tescos DVD keeps saying Wrong Disc?

I have a new Samsung Television and when I plug my Tescos DVD player in it is working but just keeps saying wrong disc all the time. I have tried a cleaner but this says wrong disc too

take the dvd player back it is faulty. My sister had the same problem and they said it was a faulty batch.
