how can i fix my fridge hotpoint mistral frost free?

hi i hope someone can help . if not my wife will go out and buy a new one! my frige freezer has been making some noise for a week now , the freezer still working fine but the fridge does not the temp is -22 on freezer but +19 on fridge can anyone help thanks

yeah check that no ice build up around the fan also thermistor will need replacing
