i can no longer get hot water from my bathroom sink (which is located next to boiler )bath shower and kitchen sink are all fine as is heating boiler is only 3 years old any suggestions
all icould suggest is maybe diaphragm is a bit sluggish or worn or partial blockage in impulse tube and the demand from the problem tap struggles to make the boiler fire. maybe the bath and shower are greater demanding flow wise???

are you getting any water? or just cold water?
whats the flow like? same as always or reduced?
