how can i fix the shudder?

I have just changed gearbox on a vetra sri but i am having problems with shuddering after box fitted ,have checked all nuts but cant find anything wrong

either gbox input shaft was bent,clutch was damaged,orgbox incompatible with clutch.box back out.
