i have just bought a renault grand espace w reg the radio was working fine but the car had no cd multi changer in the boot only the two leads i got a cd changer from same model and year espace on fitting it in the boot after plugging the two leads in now radio or cd changer will work i have checked the fuse on the floor on the passenger side ok and the fuse under the drivers seat ok any one any help thanks

Hi there,i got a 2004 Renault Espace Expression 1.9dci. I bought the car with the radio not working. I got the security code. I put the first nr in and then try to put the second one but won't move to to the second one. There was no faulty message.
Can somebody help me please?

Are both the CD player and the Radio the SAME manufacturer as there may be a conflict?.................If you remove the CD player and leave just the original radio as it was , then does the radio work on its own (as it did originally) . note : I`m assuming that you have the code for both Radio and CD Player and have entered it correctly.
