Does anyone know how to remove the interior door panels from a Ford Escort van?

have you notice the "c" clip at the back of the window winder ?, nearly impossible to see !, bend a coat hanger as tight as you can at a right angle, the cut it off leaving about 2mm and then use like a hook to pull the clip free
