MY Targa DVD Recorder Model No. DRH-5500X 320GB just suddenly lost all power to it.It now shows no lights on screen and it seems as if there is no power going to it.It is totally dead.I have checked the power supply lead and power is going to the A/C power input.Is it possible that there is an internal fuse in this machine that might have blown.It is still under guarantee but there is some content on the hard drive that I need to retrieve.

yes most DVD players have internal fuses. sometimes it comes in the form of an IC
