When you say "smooth fm" is that on the display? If so , then it looks as though the main battery feed to the radio is missing (but the separate battery supply to the memory electronics is OK) Check the fuse supply to the radio( with a meter or test lamp if you can) If it looks OK and you have the code for your radio then what might work is to "reboot" it by removing the fuse (or battery connection) for 5 minutes, replace it , enter code and hopefully it might work.
