How do I replace Elements in a Dimplex Stoarage Heater (CXL52N)?

I have installed a Dimplex Storage Heater CXL524N (1M wide) within the last 2 years. There is no heat being produced and no light on the heater to indicate the heater is on, however the electrical, supply to the heater is fine.
I would like to check whether the element needs replacing and to replace the element if necessary. If there are any tips on other possible checks I should carry out I would br grateful.

Have you seen if there is possibly a overheat stat on the heater, could be on the bottom might need resetting, or remove element use a mulitester to see if the element is open or closed circuit. .will possibly be £30.00 for a new one or try ebay for a second hand one, should last years.
