bsc appliances are better ... it needs cleaning through ,theres a valve thats blocked with stell milk.. or your sioniode valve is no good.

if the frother isn't working it's probably a seal (gasket) on the part where the milk container inserts into the machine. look at the protruding pieces it pushes onto...there should be a series of seals (rubberbands) red/black...one may even be missing...or may be cracked..broken.

Mine has the same problem (for the second time - it's already been repaired once). I rang up the repair company who said it was "a fault", but wouldn't be pinned down as to where the problem lay. The good news is that there is a two year guarantee on these coffee makers - which since they are a newish machine means that yours may well be still under guarantee.
The repair company I use who are very helpful and will arrange pick up are GTA Electrics in Nottingham - 0115 979 7550.
