pls can anyone advise me where i can get a new key fob. the rubber button on my fob has disintergrated and i have to use the tip of a pencil to activate the alarm, sometimes it just sets the alarm off none stop and other times just wont do anything. i have tried the phone number in Poole several times , i just need help. and yes unfortunately i dont know the model . thankyou
