Bisai condensing boiler (garda plus he model m110.24sm/e)
The boiler has been fitted for 12 months the noise comes from the flue since it has been fitted. when the hot tap is turned on or the boiler cracks up a noise comes from the diriction of the flue it last for 5 seconds and resembles blowing through a cardboard tube.please can you help it startles passers by

Have heard this before with a biasi, think it could be a restrictor ring in the flue outlet or one missing,cant remember as it was some time ago, think they come with a spare ring to be fitted depending on the length of the flue, Id be looking in that direction.
