how do i fix my E-250 i locked the pin and its asking for my puk and i dont know what my puk is ??

Contact your mobile network, the PUK code is on the sim not on the phone, so contact the network your with and they should be able to provide the code for you, do not enter the wrong number too many times as this will completely block your sim.

A lot of networks now have an automated phone system or online service to just automatically give you the PUK code.
