Hi Steve

Thanks for your advice

I have been worring what on earth has gone wrong ;)

Yeah i understand about the netural fault, i did check to make sure there was current between the switch live (black with red tape around L 1 and the red in the com) all other lights in bedrooms and hallway work ;)

Well i will pop to wilkinsons tomorrow morning and fix a new
switch

Thanks

Hi Matey

Had the same thing happen to me the other weekend, all you need to do is pop to homebase or a wilks if you have one and buy a new pull cord switch for about 4.00

I was told by the sparky that pull switches dont like to be tampered with and most wont work if you change one, always buy a new one

Oh Yeah do your lights work in the other rooms, if so you wont have a netural fault,

Good luck matey and dont let the misses touch the cables
