I have a Ryobi 725r (31cc) Trimmer, so I hope this answer is helpful to you.
Align the spool with the outer housing by turning the spool to align the arrows (One arrow is on the housing and the other is on the spool). Cut two lengths of line about 8 to 10 feet long. Insert one line into either hole of the HOUSING (where the line exits). You will notice the new line exits from the bottom of the SPOOL (within a few inches). You may need to manipulate the line a little to get it to exit from the spool. Once the line exits, you will need to pull a little line out (6 inches or so). You should notice a small hole just in front of the area the line exited from. Insert a small amount of line into the hole (1 inch max). Pull the slack back out of the trimmer to make the line taunt. Since you have a two line trimmer, duplicate these steps for the other hole in the housing.
After you have inserted both lines into the trimmer, all you will need to do is rotate the spool to pull the line into the trimmer (You should hear some clicks as you do this). Again you may need to manipulate the line if it gets hung up, depending on the condition of the spool. Continue to rotate the spool until you have about 4-6 inches of line showing. If one line is longer than the other, trim it down. If you can't get all the line into the trimmer, cut it, and head to the yard.
Good Luck and God Bless.
