My black & decker GL565 strimmer does not rotate when powered on. The cord is visible. What should I do?

I have fixed it myself! Just took the spool assembly apart, cleaned it (not very dirty) and put it back together. I pressed the trigger and it stuck a little then started to turn, so all's well. Maybe it was just that it hadn't been used for a long time.
