Baxi 310 Luna Fi combi boiler - low pressure/pump fault?

I have an LED light error stating a low pressure or fault on pump. I have repressurized the system (which worked the first time) however now the pilot will not light. It will not operate on either the combi or the water only and I would LOVE a shower. The guy who installed it has moved and in doing so became completely unfindable, (there's service with a smile for ya) and I cannot seem to find a service person in my area who is familiar with the baxi system. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go directly to electric heated water tank. Do not pass go. Meaning don't go to the baxi banded service guys as they are ripping everybody off. That's why honest plummers say no to that product!

Your problem could be as simple as air in the pump which needed to be bleeded. Provided the pressure gauge reads above 1.5(right dial gauge on lower right). A serviceman is what you need- I reside in Brooklyn, NY.

I'd say the pump is knackered and will need replacing.
No matter what the system pressure unless the pump is circulating the water the flow switch will not operate allowing the boiler to fire.

If you can't find a service agent for Baxi, either ring your nearest Heatmerchants (the are Baxi agents) or ring baxi dorectly and they will give you a number of someone to help

ps - I have tried leaving it unplugged (hoping to reset the system) and when it is turned on it goes directly to the flashing LED error. It does the same on a reset and if you try water only it will begin to flash as soon as you begin to use water.
