we have had this fridge freezer for 3 years and just plummed it in, and the ice maker wont dump the ice, im not even sure if its turning on its own, if we use the test button it turns but doesnt drop the ice then it turns back and fills up more, does anyone know what is wrong?

i had this problem The reason was
at the rear of the ice tray is a plastic part that cliks the ice out when it turns fully round twisting the tray causing the ice to fall this part brakes of if you remove the box you will plobably find it in the ice this is a link for a new one hope this helps .
