My problem is very simple, but very annoying, my washing machine works fine, the softner goes down when it should, but I am always left with a draw full of water, and the next time I come to use it I have to spoon all the water out, before I can put my softner in. This happens 9/10 times, and is very annoying. any help please.

We had the same problem. easily fixed, just fill the dispenser with water and it produces a syphoning effect which just sucks the water out.

I had the same problem
all i did to fix it was to remove the draw and clean the conditioner tray
there is a hole the conditioner passes through while it is siphoning and this had got blocked.
