My Neff dishwasher could be twenty years old and has worked well until now. The dishwasher has stopped cleaning properly leaving dried on residue in lumps on both the top shelf and bottom. I rinse everything before they go into the dishwasher so dont know where this stuff is coming from. Has anyone got any suggestions about returning it to its original wonderful self?

I have the same problem, the dishes go in practically clean, then they come out of the dishwasher with little dried-on bits of crust here and there (especially glasses). It must be coming from something clogged up inside the machine? I would also like to know which part to disassemble and clean.
