How can I fix my Siemens WM2100 spin dry program?

How can I fix my Siemens WM2100. In it's spin dry program it overheats and makes a loud noise. The rubber on the drum has started to rub of. I think I need to open the machine and see if there is something stuck inside it. Any advices?

sounds like your bearings have gone and the drum has dopped and is rubbing against the rubber
