I have purchase a VW Passet six months ago. the car is six years old. Have inserted two CD's a month or so ago and now the CD's are jammed and I get a E-99 eroor sign.

You can try and tease the jammed CDs out through the slot using another (old) CD. Alternatively, if you have the Security Code , then you`ll have to remove the player from the dashboard (using the appropriate extractors ...available on Ebay) , then remove the casing and extract the jammed CDs ( and also inspect the mechanism to see why the CDs jammed )
If you don`t have the security code ( it should be with the car paperwork ) then ask another question on here quoting MAKE , MODEL and ALL the SERIAL NUMBERS on the casing and someone may be able to calculate the code for you.
