where do i find the filter on a hotpoint wma 62?

my hotpoint wma62 is not spinning of all the water so all the clothes are drippping wet i think the filter may be blocked but where do i locate it/

I have looked for one aswell and they don't have them as far as I can see not in the manual.

hotpoint filters are (HIDDEN)inside the big black hose that is connected to the bottom of the outer drum.
