My Whirlpool Washer drains but does not spin, model #LSQ9510LQ0?

My Whirlpool Washer, Model #LSQ9510LQ0, does not get our clothes dry enough during the spin cycle. It does spin when the washer is empty, but does not keep spinning when clothes are in it. It also seems that the tub is somewhat out of balance.

Check between the basket and the tub no make sure nothing is jamming the basket from spinning.
