how to make speakers work?

hi, i have some speakers connected to my pc and they are fine, but i cannot get any sound to come out of my computer and through my speakers, how can i listen to music? my computer is an lg comp and on my flat screen it says ag/neovo thank you.

Hi Kim,
It's difficult to tell by email, but check that the speakers are plugged into the socket at the back of the PC called "Line Out" or "SPK" or something like that. On a fairly modern machine the socket will be coloured green. Also check that the drivers for your sound card have been installed properly.
