I have an ecotec 24 Vailant boiler hot water in tap not working?

when you turn on your tap does the boiler fire up?

i assume not, and that is the problem....

it will either be the 'in line' water filter is blocked/partially blocked or the flow sensor (turbine) is either scaled or faulty...
