keycode for my radio in renault scenic?

i have an 03 plate renault scenic and the radio is saying i need to enter the keycode - i've looked in my paperwork but can't find one - is there anyway of finding serial number or whatever else i need to get the code without taking the radio out

You call a renault garage with the chassis number and they call out the key code to you, I did it yesterday

I have the same car and I'm sure I saw a code in the book of instructions about the radio. I don't have the car with me right now but could check later

If there are no Serial Numbers with your paperwork then there is no alternative but to remove the radio from the dashboard where the relevant numbers will be on the casing
