I have a tv/dvd combo?

The problem is that i put a disc in and all that comes up is the dvd menu and can't even play the disc is there any solution?

The disc is the correct region and everything can i resolve my problem?

leave the disc in & switch it off & on agen then it should read it & hopefully be ok, if not, it could be laser pic up not registering properly, will need calibrating. GooD LucK

Dirty or bad DVD laser - try a cleaner.
